Our Story
Jonathan and Susie Lanza worked together on numerous projects since 2008. Eleven years later they teamed up with Jarreith Theriot to form a site work company for future generations.
In 2019, the company name was changed from Lanlee, LLC to SiteCo, LLC.
This is where OUR STORY formally begins.
Our story began with our first employee, Gerald Ford, who had 40 years of construction experience. His expertise established our commitment to quality and eagerly inspired our team to get to work.
As SiteCo gained momentum, the nationwide COVID-19 pandemic created unexpected challenges for the industry and our 2020 plans. Despite the uncertainty, our leadership remained committed, working diligently to overcome obstacles and advance our vision.
In October 2020, we faced a heartbreaking loss with the passing of Jonathan Lanza, one of SiteCo’s founding members. His legacy and goals continue through the strength and determination of Susie Lanza and Jarreith Theriot, who stepped up to lead the company.
As our company grew, we expanded to new locations. First to Elmwood in 2021, where we welcomed our first office assistant, and later to our current home in Harvey, Louisiana. Each move has allowed us to better serve our clients with the space, equipment, and organization needed to meet every project’s demands.
Our growth has continued with the addition of key team members: Noah Bernadas, who joined in 2024 as Estimator/Assistant Project Manager, and Nick Dale, who came aboard in 2025 as SiteCo’s first Project Manager. Their expertise and dedication have strengthened our ability to deliver exceptional results across every project we undertake.
At SiteCo, we are more than a construction company; we are a team built on perseverance, trust, and a shared vision. Together, we continue to grow and build lasting relationships with all our clients and every member of our team.
SiteCo is a company to watch. Guaranteed!…so stay tuned.
